Cancellations

• Deposit refundable only within 72 hours of booking

• If we’re open, your party continues

• If we close, you can reschedule or get a full refund

Yes—please ensure they arrive on time. We can't shift the schedule for late arrivals

How is the party structured?
•Party Schedule: Exclusive use of the play area first for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then guests go to the party room for 45 minutes for food and cake. 
*Please note party schedule cannot be changed or alternate
